Screens and edge protection are FINAL SALE.
Because these products are made to order in the exact sizes you specify, we can't accept returns or exchanges on:
- Impact screens and raw screen material — built to your exact specifications and hand-sewn to order
- Edge Guard and Edge Carpet — cut to the custom length you order
- Anything finished to your dimensions, which can't be resold
Please confirm your measurements and specifications before placing your order — and reach out if you'd like a second pair of eyes on the spec.
Wall Protection, Mats & Accessories — 15-day returns
Non-custom items — wall protection panels, hitting mats and strips, and accessories — can be returned within 15 days of delivery in original, unused condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds on these items are subject to a 3% payment gateway fee. This fee is charged by our payment processor at the time of sale and is non-recoverable, so it is deducted from any refund — even if your order has not yet shipped.
Manufacturing defects & size tolerance
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right — replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Finished sizes may vary slightly from the dimensions ordered — a small manufacturing tolerance is normal and isn't considered a defect. This is exactly why we recommend building in 3–6″ of buffer space around your screen: it absorbs this variance so everything fits and finishes cleanly.
